FETAL STEM CELL TRANSPLANT UPDATE 05/11/2010
Patient J.T. received a fetal stem cell transplant on February 27, 2010. This message was received May 7, 2010 "JoeJoe is doing great. Allergies seem under control. Dr. Rader was right that a month after the treatment JoeJoe could eat regular food (not gluten-free)....so a month after we gave him everything and no reaction which is great. But we still give him gluten free food so the stem-cells will continue to do their thing. The best part of it all is that last Friday I got home from work and gave the usual hello to the family...I said to JoeJoe "Hi Buddy" and he replied by saying "DADDY". He hasn't called me daddy in over four years and not since last Friday but Gina and I just looked at each other. That made my day..." CommentsLeave a Reply |
